About DECA

What is DECA?

DECA is a non-profit civic association created to preserve and enhance our neighborhoods. We are guided in our work by overall community interests dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life for residents in the DECA neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Underlying our association’s existence is the importance of influencing various issues that may impact our neighborhoods, both short and long term. We are very active in DeKalb county affairs through membership on civic-minded boards, commissions, and other groups. We hope there’s a little something on our site for everyone, whether you live in a DECA neighborhood…or plan to in the near future.
