TABASCO

DECA’s Newest Project: TABASCO

TABASCO stands for “Transform And Beautify Shallowford Corridor”.

MISSION:

The purpose of the TABASCO sessions is to create an aggressive community plan aimed at the elimination of destructive/illegal activities that degrade the Shallowford Corridor using steps that involve, encourage and support diverse groups within our community. Some of these wide range of activities witnessed by residents includes everything from littering and loitering to drugs and prostitution. We are committed to choking out the sources that feed the growth of these activities before they evolve into even worse scenarios. This is one of the most important DECA projects for 2008. There are many different jobs available and anyone can take part in key roles for this exciting project! Feel free to send us your ideas, comments and suggestions. Please remember to be respectful.

The focus of TABASCO has changed; our organization now is striving to improve the corridor through an LCI study.
