Our Neighborhoods
DECA consists of eight neighborhoods that have joined our organization. in addition, there are neighborhoods within our boundaries that may someday want to join. The eight official neighborhoods are:
- Appling Heights: 130 homes
- Beverly Woods : 200 homes
- Dresden Square: 40 homes
- Frontier Woods: 80 homes
- LaVenture Forest: 80 homes
- Marlin Acres:95 homes
- Wakefield Forest: 450 homes
- Whispering Hills: 70 homes
